These rates are lower than those that one can find on the financial market, even though proposed by the same institutions adhering to the FIAIP agreement. In fact, to get the FIAIP rate you must be presented to the bank by a FIAIP real estate agency, as Petit Maison is.

  To get a special loan rate within the FIAIP agreement, please call to get a quotation. Petit Maison will find the best rate according to your specific needs. The service applies also to those who purchase a property that is not included in the property sales of Petit Maison, and to those who are willing to move an existing mortgage loan to one of the financial institutions that joined the FIAIP agreement.
